Online reviews are where internet shoppers get information about a product or service provider that generally tends to weigh in their decision. While most people recognize there are extremes of reviews, for the most part, sites with decent review reputations will be afforded more credence in how they are used by internet shoppers.
Your best bet is to be proactive and maintain your sites presence on the review sites. Be sure to claim or list your business on at least: Superpages, Citysearch, Foursquare, Mapquest, Yahoo and Bing.
